Revised Tuning Agreement — BrakeBoost Tuning

This agreement is entered into between BrakeBoost Tuning ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client"), for the purpose of providing vehicle performance tuning and related services.

1. Services Provided

The Company agrees to perform performance tuning, diagnostics, and/or modifications to the Client's vehicle as described in the scope of work. All tuning and modifications are for off-road and racing use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges and agrees that any tuning or performance modifications may void manufacturer warranties, affect emissions compliance, or impact the reliability and drivability of the vehicle.

The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the services provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

BrakeBoost Tuning shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the tuned or modified vehicle, including but not limited to engine failure, transmission issues, drivability problems, loss of vehicle use, or property damage.

All services are provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties.

4. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BrakeBoost Tuning, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from or related to the services provided, including third-party claims.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. BrakeBoost Tuning has a strict no refund policy for any services rendered, software provided, or time allocated to diagnostics or tuning.

This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the Client is dissatisfied with performance results, changes their mind, or experiences issues unrelated to the quality of work performed by BrakeBoost Tuning.

6. Vehicle Use and Compliance

All tuning services are provided for racing and off-road purposes only.

It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure the vehicle complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. BrakeBoost Tuning assumes no responsibility for vehicle inspections, emissions, or legality on public roads.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of the Company.

8. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

No modifications shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
